      2. This year’s summer program was very successful
      3. Circulation trends – need to collect data and look at it in a few years to see what changes might be needed

      1. New Director at Evans Mills – would like to be more connected with Sally Ploof and create a partnership

    1. System-wide Construction Grant Updates
      1. Submitted the application to the state and it’s waiting for approval
      2. Quote for the library:  $2,410.00 – if the grant is accepted by NYS, we only pay 50%
    2. Online Auction
      1. Lots of emails and calls have been placed
      2. Colleen will do all the calling to the fast food restaurants 
      3. Profit is for the Senior Baskets and the Dolly Parton Imagination Library subscription
