a. Grant Results and Updates

1. Car Freshener- Will not be receiving at this time.  Awards are granted semi-annually, so we are encouraged to apply again in the future.
  1. Military Wives Club- Will not be receiving.
  2. Stewart’s Grant- Approved for Summer Programming
  3. Local Library State Aid (LLSA)- Filed for us by NCLS. This is based on a percentage formula calculated at NCLS.

IV. New Business

a. Proposed Changes To Bylaws

1. Wording changes to reflect the exact number of seats currently on the board.

b. Amendment to Seating Chart Section

  1. Amendment to align the seating chart for the Trustees to avoid as many seating gaps as possible for board members.
