      1. Jennifer Bossuot expressed concerns about a matter posted on a private Facebook account that community members had “linked” to the library – she wanted to express concern that personal opinions and posts could directly affect the library

      1. Budget Review from 2025
      2. Could we possibly look ahead to what a budget would look like in 5/10 years due to the loss of NCLS funding?
      3. 10 year plan for big expenditures?  The building is 20 years old and will need some physical work in the future.

      2. Alicia Bach will join the Board of Directors – Motion:  Julie King    Seconded:  Sue Ellen Deion
    2. Update of Whistleblower Policy
      1. Andrew Lonsbary will be the first in line

    3. Adoption of Public Comments at Board Meetings Policy
      1. Will be posted on the library website

    4. Read to Feed Program (Colleen)
      1. Will start with the homeschool families then attempt to branch out
      2. Kick off planned for Saturday – starting small then see how it goes
    5. Results from Take Your Child to the Library Day Event
      1. Organized program this year – over 60 people attended
      2. Every child that came got a free book
      3. Invites went home with students at BRE who are part of the “library visitation program”
